We understand that allowing a stranger into your home to support you with tasks you can no longer do yourself can be an overwhelming experience. Building trust with your family is paramount to us, which is why we take extensive measures to ensure that all carers on our platform meet the highest standards.
To provide you with peace of mind, we have implemented stringent guidelines that all our carers must adhere to. These guidelines are designed to ensure that we consistently deliver a safe, effective, and responsive service. As part of these measures, all carers undergo a thorough screening process, including a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and comprehensive background checks. We are dedicated to recruiting exceptional carers who meet our rigorous standards.
Our carers have a minimum of six months of care experience and are required to provide two professional references before proceeding to the interview stage. This ensures that they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to provide the highest level of care.
