We understand that each client has unique. That's why we offer flexible care options tailored to your specific requirements. For those who desire companionship, reassurance and the helping hand around the house, our caregivers provide short visits that offer comfort and support. Alternatively, we also offer more intensive support packages available on either a live-in or live out basis. Some examples of duties include:

Overnight Service: 

With our overnight care service, caregivers will arrive in the evening to assist with bedtime routines and remain available throughout the night to promptly address any client needs. Rest easy knowing that our caregivers are there to provide peace of mind and support during the night.

Couple Care:

We understand the importance of maintaining the bond and comfort of couples who require care. That's why we offer a special reduced rate for couples. When a separate care plan is  created and implemented for two residents, the fees for the second client are set at just 50% of the cost of service for the first client. We believe in providing affordable and flexible options, ensuring that both individuals receive the exceptional care they deserve while remaining together. Rest assured that our caregivers will deliver personalised, an attentive support tailored to the unique needs of each client while honouring the special connection shared between couples.  

When the everyday activities become challenging to manage on your own, the support of our family and loved ones become invaluable. At serene home care we understand this need for support, which is why we provide the assistance required to carry on with dignity, delivering the same love and care that a family member would provide. They may feel frustrated and upset by their increasing clumsiness and memory lapses. Our caregivers work diligently to create a daily routine in a relaxed environment where individuals are encouraged rather than criticised fostering a sense of security.

Engaging individuals with dementia in every day tasks, hobbies and reminiscing about good memories can promote interaction and help preserve the self-confidence as the illness progresses. Our palliative care team provides compassionate under life care, including pain management, emotional support and spiritual care.

At Serene, we understand that these moments in someone's life are incredibly precious and ensuring the comfort and well-being of your loved one is of utmost importance. Whilst most individuals prefer to remain at home during this stage, the emotional challenges, fears and practicalities of providing care can be overwhelming and stressful. 

With this understanding, we have established a dedicated palliative support service that extends not only to our clients but also to their loved ones.

Our palliative care services, prioritise dignity, compassion and respect as absolute priorities in everything we do. We offer you the support of a dedicated carer who especially trained to provide a comforting presence during this emotional time. They possess a specialist skills and knowledge necessary to handle all situations that may arise.  

Our goal is to provide comprehensive palliative care that supports the physical,  emotional and psychological wellbeing of both the individual receiving care and the loved ones.

Our dedicated reablement service includes support to return home through a comprehensive assessment, flexible care plan to suit your pace of recovery, tailored support to aid your recovery, home preparation including equipment checks, effective liaison with NHS bodies and local authorities, keeping family members and key contacts updated, where required arrangement of additional services such as physiotherapy/OT and high frequency of need and goal reviews. 

We also have staff who are trained in caring for complex care needs such as PEG feeding , catheter care, stroke care, diabetes and other complex care needs. 

Our service ensures readmissions to hospitals are low and enables a timely and safe recovery process for all our clients.

Our respite care service offers temporary relief for family caregivers, allowing them to take a break and recharge, treating your parent or family with the utmost respect patients and understanding so you can rest assured they are in great hands. 

Respite care means taking a break from caring while the person you care for is looked after by someone else. It lets you to take the time out to look after yourself and help stop you becoming exhausted and run down. You can rest assure that your family are in kind and good hands.

Our goal is to facilitate our clients remain in their own homes with dignity, confidence and control over their own lives, Serene specialises in Live in care services, providing 24 hour reassuring support in the comfort of your own home. You and your loved one will always feel safe knowing that there is someone you can rely on should there be a need in the middle of the night or any time of the day. Our live in carers will always be by your side providing constant support, which will encourage greater independence and a better quality of life. 

This makes an incredible difference to our clients lives and often means the difference between saying at home and being placed into residential settings. Research shows that falls are drastically to reduced as are hospital admissions with live in care in place.
